About Us

Greydoor Publishing is the leading provider of in-location destination guides, serving the luxury hotel industry. We know that the modern traveller is sophisticated, adventurous and want to feel informed when they step outside their hotel. Utilised by the leading hotel brands around the world, our publications are an extension of the concierge, providing unique insights and a curated experience to help guests travel like a local.

Produced in conjunction with Les Clefs d’Or USA and their member concierges, each edition is completely unique to the host hotel and city, offering the reader a compelling narrative into the hotel’s services and the city’s culture, encompassing dining, shopping, nightlife and experiential attractions.

More than a tourist guide, it is an engaging, entertaining and insightful travel magazine that is so closely aligned to the host hotel’s brand identity that it appears to be an extension of the concierge service.

The Concierge Magazine begins and ends with the reader, and while local and international advertisers can communicate their brand message to a highly receptive and desirable demographic, it is the aim of the publication to entertain and inform the reader with every word and picture.
